Once the application is successfully submitted an office will visit the manufacturing unit to carry out preliminary Inspection and verification.
Once the Preliminary inspection or survey of the manufacturing unit is done. A sample of the product will be taken by the officer and sent to independent labs for testing purposes. Once the BIS licensing authority is satisfied with the test report a performance review report will be prepared for further process.
After the completion of inspection and testing. The Licensing authority will review the report and based on that. The BIS certificate will be granted to the applicants.
