Note: It takes up to 15 days for authorities to entertain the application and it takes up-to 25-30 days to complete the registration process.
Once the Applicant successfully registered themselves with CPCB. They are required to implement an EPR action plan to meet their annual EPR target for the respective year.
As per the guidelines, producers are required to meet their EPR obligations by ensuring that the waste is processed through authorized plastic waste processors.
