The subsidy will be capped at 75 lakhs per annum for a duration of five years, and it will not exceed 100% of the total investment made in plant and machinery, whichever amount is lower. Eligibility for this subsidy is limited to units with electricity connections from 11 kv/33 kv transmission lines under the Department of Power, Government of Arunachal Pradesh.
  2. Industries and manufacturing units that are large-scale factories and bulk electricity consumers will qualify for a subsidy of Rs 1 per unit of electricity consumed starting from the date of Commercial Production. The subsidy is capped at 2 Crore per annum for a duration of five years, and it cannot exceed 100% of the total investment in plant & machinery or a maximum limit of 2 Crore per annum, whichever is lower. This benefit is applicable only to units that have electricity connections from 132 kv or above transmission lines with the Department of Power, Government of Arunachal Pradesh.
  3. The industry will receive 100% reimbursement for the stamp duty and transfer duty paid on the purchase or lease of land intended for industrial use.
  4. Reimbursement of stamp duty for leasing land, sheds, or buildings is provided at a rate of 100%. This reimbursement also applies to mortgages and hypothecations.
  5. New industrial units that meet the criteria will receive a reimbursement or exemption from paying up to 50% of the Stamp Duty, capped at Rs 25 lakh. The reimbursement or exemption for Stamp Duty will not apply to agricultural land and will only be applicable to land exclusively used for establishing manufacturing facilities. Women entrepreneurs running units will receive a 100% exemption from paying the stamp duty.
  6. The eligible units will be exempted 100% SGST for a period of 15 years from the date of commencement of commercial production.
