Manufacturing and Specified Services sector units will be eligible for reimbursement of power subsidy at Rs 2.00 per unit consumed for a tenure of 5 years from the date of commercial production subject to either a maximum Rs. 50 lakhs Per Annum or not exceeding 100% of total investment made in plant & machinery, whichever is less. This shall be available only to the units having electricity connection with APDCL only and shall not eligible any consumption from other sources like open access, captive generation, etc.
  2. 100% Stamp Duty Reimbursement: Up to ₹25 lakh.
  3. Micro enterprises in Assam can get SGST reimbursement for up to 15 years. The reimbursement can be up to 200% of their fixed capital investment, and this limit increases to 250% if the enterprise is located in an industrial park.
  4. Medium and large enterprises in Assam can get SGST reimbursement for up to 15 years. The reimbursement can be up to 150% of their fixed capital investment, and this limit increases to 150% if the enterprise is located in an industrial park.
  5. The fee payable for obtaining BIS/ISO/FSSAI/AGMARK/HALLMARK/SILK MARK/ZED Certification etc. and fee payable for getting Technical knowhow/Technology transfer from any recognized national/international research laboratories/Technical Institutes/University, Institutions like CFTRI, CIPET, etc. by eligible unit, will be provided subsidy up to an extent of 75%, subject to a ceiling of Rs.1 crore per unit.
  6. It is proposed to provide 30% subsidy, excluding value of land, up to Rs. 3 Cr to encourage the private investors in the creation of industrial infrastructure where the land area is not below 30 acres. The amount shall be released to the developer only after completion of the project with 30% occupancy of the Industrial Park.
  7. Seed capital at INR 40,000/- per member of SHG for working capital and purchase of small tools.
