  2. 50% of stamp duty is payable in backward talukas, 25% of stamp duty is payable in other talukas to be set-off against VAT/CST paid in the first year of operation. Entry tax will be waived for a period of 5 years for all new units being set up in the thrust areas in the backward talukas.
  3. Stamp duty rebate of 75% for MSMEs.
  4. The government allows 25% land use in orchard zones for agro-based industries.
  5. 25% reimbursement for water and energy audits and conservation equipment which is up to ₹1 lakh per unit. Renewable energy units get a reduction of 100% electricity duty.
  6. 50% reimbursement of the professional fees will be given for registration or fees paid to the registry for registration of Intellectual Property Rights (IPR) as it is subject to a limit of Rs. 500,000 per unit.
