  2. All new eligible Micro, Small & Medium Manufacturing Enterprises in areas other than Group ‘A’ are eligible for interest subsidy. The Interest Subsidy is payable only on the interest actually paid to the Banks and Public Financial Institutions on the term loan for acquisition of fixed capital assets. The Amount of interest subsidy is effective rate of interest (after deducting interest subsidy receivable by any institution / under any Govt. of India Scheme or 5% p.a. whichever is less).
  3. The Food Processing Scheme by the Chief Minister of Maharashtra was launched during the year 2017-18 as a State Level Scheme. Under this,capital subsidy of 30% of the cost of project comprising technical civil work and plant & machinery, storage structure etc. is admissible to a maximum limit of Rs. 50.00 lakh.
  4. 100% export-oriented units are allowed to sell up to 50% of their produce in the domestic market and export earnings are exempted from corporate taxes.
  5. Investment-linked tax incentive of 100% deduction of capital expenditure for setting up and operating cold chain facilities, and for setting up and operating warehousing facilities.
