  4. For food processing units and cold chain infrastructure, Primary Processing Centres, Primary Collection Centres, and more, Government of Tamil Nadu will provide interest subvention of 3% per annum on the term loan.
  5. Electricity tax exemption for up to 5 years.
  6. Stamp Duty Exemption: 50% to industries located in SIPCOT parks and 100% exemption in case of units in SIPCOT industrial parks.
  7. 15% of Project Cost as subsidy to micro, small and medium enterprises in Tamil Nadu under Unemployed Youth Employment Generation Programme (UYEGP).
