• LMPC Registration Application:- First It is necessary to complete the initial application form. The director or controller of legal metrology within the local government body receives the application.
• Submission of the Documents:- The application form includes the necessary documents.
• Reviewing of Application:- The appropriate tax officer then assesses the application and application form.
• Premises Inspection:- Properties are inspected by the required tax officer to provide more information.
• Make Payment:- Payment is required after the application and any accompanying paperwork have been received. The issuance of registration certificates takes seven days.
• Issuing of LMPC Certificate:- Once the certificate has been finished, an LMPC Certificate is awarded.

• Generic or Common Name of commodity.

• Net weight or quantity of the product expressed as a standard unit measure, weight, or quantity
• Email address, name, telephone no., and address, need to be mentioned of the person in case of complaint by the customer.
• Commodity’s Country of Origin.
• Details on the import, manufacture, or pre-packing year and month.
• Net quantity of the product contained in the package in terms of standard unit measure or weight or in number
• Detail of the year and month of pack or import or manufacture or pre-packed.
• The person's name, phone number, address, and email address of the person must be stated, in case of complaint by the customer.

The statement on the packaged good must be unambiguous, obvious, and clear. The aforementioned information must be printed on every packaging.
