The MSWM Authorization provides guidelines to the local authorities, village panchayats, or agencies involved in processing, recycling, treatment or disposal of the solid waste to follow environmental standards. To renew the authorization, one is required to make an application to the Telangana SPCB at least sixty days in advance to the expiry of the current authorization. This makes it possible to continue to remain compliant to the existing environmental regulations during the renewal process.
