2. Kind of business structure:- If a company is not registered under the following business structure as per the companies act 2013. Such entities will need help to avail the benefits of the startup India program.
3. Annual Turnover of the company:- The company's yearly Turnover shall not exceed 100 crore rupees in any calendar year since its inception.
4. Existence period of the company:- The existence period of the business entities should not be more than 10 years from the day of its incorporation.
5. Innovation & the scalable entity:- Business success depends on two factors: the capacity to expand and the ability to think creatively. These are fundamental to any startup. The applicant must examine their eligibility for Startup India registration before submitting an application. They must register their corporation according to the following business structure of the 2013 Companies Act.
Only companies registered under the categories listed above are eligible for startup India recognition.
A user must next build a profile on the startup India site by filling out an online form and providing the required information, such as an email address and one-time password (OTP), to confirm the identity.
After successfully creating a profile, the applicant is able to take advantage of the following.
