  2. Power Tariff Subsidy: The State Government shall grant a subsidy of 30% to power tariff for industrial units coming up in Growth Centres or Thrust Areas.
  3. Insurance Premium: 100% reimbursement of the insurance premium on capital investment for a period of 10 years would be extended by the Central Government to all new units and to existing units on their substantial expansion, as defined.
  4. Laboratory Equipment Cost: Cost of laboratory equipment for quality control and ISI certification, subject to a maximum of ₹10,000 per unit, will be reimbursed in cases where it does not form part of the project cost.
  5. FPO License/AGMARK/TradeMark Subsidy: 50% of the cost payable for getting Food Product Order (FPO) license/AGMARK/TradeMark for food processing industries, subject to a maximum ceiling of ₹1 lakh.
  6. Registration and Testing Fees Reimbursement: The State Government shall reimburse 100% of the expenditure incurred on registration fees, testing fees, annual license fees, and purchase of testing equipment, with a maximum reimbursement not exceeding ₹25,000.
  7. Technical Know-How Subsidy: A 50% subsidy is admissible for the cost of technical know-how obtained from approved organizations. The subsidy will be 60% for Small Scale Industrial Units in thrust areas and Export Oriented Units. Release will be upon commencement of commercial production.
  8. Export-Oriented Units Reimbursement: Export-oriented units committing to export at least 50% of their turnover will be eligible for an additional reimbursement of ₹1,00,000 against quality control measures.
  9. The State Government will subsidize the cost of land development at the rates given below:
    • Small Scale Industries - 25%
    • Export Oriented Unit and Units owned and managed by local Entrepreneurs - 30%
    • Large and Medium Units (as per definition) - 15%
