Step 2: Check for Name Availability

Step 6: Issuance of Certificate of Incorporation

After approval of the above mentioned documents from the Ministry of Corporate affairs, a PAN, TAN and Certificate of Incorporation will be issued by the department. Then the company needs to open a current bank Account for the company within 2 months of getting the certificate.
