The LMPC Certificate has a validity period of one to five years. Needs to be periodically renewed after the expiry of the period.

LMPC Certification ensures that products do not have mandatory declarations on them and are not rejected by customs. Within 90 days, LMPC Certificate must be applied for. The importer's business may suffer as a result of LMPC Certificate noncompliance, and sanctions may result. The importer must make a declaration in order to avoid the rejection of the LMPC Certificate.
