LMPC Certificate certifies that the import of products is done as per the rules. It is mandatory to get by all the importers and packers. The application for LMPC Certificate needs to be applied for within 90 days from the start of the import. Submission of required documents along with application form and after certain verification, LMPC Certificate is issued. The primary aim of the LMPC Certificate is to enable a friendly business environment, promote efficiency and transparency in the legal system and increase the confidence of the consumer.
